Ep. 37 Paradox

We headed north to Paradox Brewery for this episode to speak with OM Devon and Owner Paul.

It was a beautiful mid-April day as we started our short trip up the northbound side of 87. The conditions made this trip extra special because as we stepped out of our truck and walked up to the front door, we were surrounded by the beauty of the Adirondack Mountains. As I'm sure most guests are, Olive, the owner's very social dog, first greeted us. Of course, we had some beer by this German-inspired brewery, but we were surprised by the delicious pizza they treated us to.

We even took a break mid-podcast to tour the refreshed pavilion, which is ready for the newest summer season. Of course, after the podcast, Devon gave us a tour of their state-of-the-art German brewhouse. We look forward to the new direction Paradox is heading in and to seeing what they do next.
